TrinWare is amazing. We tried several different tech/consultant/support companies over the years but TrinWare really stands out from the crowd. They helped my company rebuild and improve virtually every component of our tech - from our network, our office computers, our phone system, and to even more specialized things like our entire audio broadcasting systems, podcast technologies, and complex file sharing interfaces for our users. My experience with this company Palm Desert Geeks, has been extremely frustrating. Pat, the owner, is a very poor communicator—he rarely responds to texts, emails, or phone calls in a timely or consistent manner. As a paying customer on a monthly subscription plan, I expected a basic level of service and professionalism, which was not delivered.Their services for website development, social media, and content posting are subpar. It appears the person responsible for this work is only available for a few hours a week, and it shows in the quality and consistency of the output.When I raised concerns about the lack of results and asked about the value I was receiving for what I was paying, I was abruptly terminated via text message—without any real conversation or attempt at resolution. Pat seemed completely unwilling to accept feedback, taking it as a personal attack rather than an opportunity to improve.Overall, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re considering using this company.

Visiting family in the area and had an issue with my mac and it not recognizing my external hard drive. Went as a walk-in, the day before my flight and the female employee was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Fixed the problem on the spot, luckily wasn't too complicated. Could not recommend this place more, I have had other issues in the past and always bad experiences at the Apple in Palm Desert. Go to the Palm Desert Geeks they are the best, just be aware they are on the 2nd floor!

Laid me off with no reason, they won’t stand up for you as MSP, won’t fire the manager who doesn’t show up most of the time but will fire people who show up on time and do their job right. Literally one of the worst companies that ever takes any interview. Asks technical questions that are completely irrelevant to the client requirements and are extremely rude and condescending, and also expect you to write coding solutions for their questions under 5 minutes. Next time their recruiters start calling me again, I’m blocking them
