I worked at Synram Technolab as a Flutter Developer and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite completing my full notice period and performing my duties sincerely, I faced several issues:•Unjustified salary deductions without prior notice•No final settlement or proper relieving documents provided•Work-from-home days were questioned after the fact to deny pay•Threatening calls and mental harassment after resignation•Lack of professional HR communication and mismanagementSeveral other employees also left during my tenure due to similar reasons — salary delays, poor treatment, and no PF or exit formalities. In my opinion, this company lacks transparency, professional ethics, and employee respect.I do not recommend this company to job seekers unless proper HR structure and policies are established.
