I recently attended Kudzu Brands free workshop Branding 101. The 90 minutes was fast-paced and informative. Murphy is a dynamic speaker who can hold the attention of a room while drawing her audience in to participate. You've heard "tell your brand story" before but this workshop explained it in a way that inspires me to be more focused. We engaged RocketFuel on a sizeable marketing project that is listed as a case study on their website. After some time working together, we had prepaid some TV and radio advertisements. After a few months of poor performance, we decided to terminate the relationship. At the time of termination, RocketFuel acknowledged the prepaid funds as a debt to us. After almost a year of submitting it to colections and attorneys, we have still been unable to collect the bad debt. We held off from posting this publicly for a year, but want others to be aware as we have not progressed in the collection.
