Poor Video Editing: Each video they edited and posted LOST me followers due to the subpar editing quality. One video resulted in the loss of all followers we had gained. Only when I took control of editing and posting, did we see any positive growth.Disregard For Requests: They consistently ignored my instructions to edit my most successful types of videos until I expressed my frustration.I gave the owner, Jay Nadir, the COURTESY of explaining the problem and HOW to solve it to help him move forward. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this agency.

We were searching for a group to assist us in creating the UI and structure of a new platform for our customers. The designer collaborated extensively with us during the project to maintain our objectives and
DesignX helped us revamp the entire UI/UX of our patient portal. Initially, we had a couple of meetings, during which my team showed DesignX our current design assets. Then, they created some UI/UX design mock-ups based on what we wanted and focused on the platforms ease of use.Throughout the project, we went back and forth with DesignX team to discuss things we wanted to change. DesignX gave us different variations and versions of the UI/UX designs and let us pick between them.We recently finished implementing the UI/UX designs that DesignX created for us, so we launched our new portal recently. Thus far, we've received a few positive reviews from our patients on it. They're very happy with the new platform, as it looks much nicer and much cleaner, and its also easier to use.
