Qualimatrix Technologies team designed our logo. First, we asked them to provide us with various logo options ranging from hyper-conservative to ultra-modern. Then, they created four templates, two were more straightforward, and two were more modern with bold colors. Once we chose the template that spoke to us most as an organization, we chose a font, and Qualimatrix Technologies managed the final logo design process from beginning to end.After delivering the final logo, they built our website from scratch using a WordPress template. The website is our digital factory and lead generation tool for customers to engage with us online. The team also helped us with keyword research and provided website SEO and copywriting services. We collaborated with them on different pages to ensure they contained the right keywords for Google and Bing. We host the website internally, but they occasionally help with maintenance requests.The website functions very well, and were pleased with the core site vitals. Since were still getting indexed, its too early to see the results of our website traffic. However, were heading in the right direction, and the site has received positive internal feedback regarding its design. We've been tracking our keywords and have climbed to the first page of the search results for some of them. We've also run technical SEO audits that have garnered positive results.

We use a custom CLI that the team has been able to get accustomed to and we can now run hundreds of automated tests before deploying. Communication has been sufficiently managed over Zoom and Slack. We have a weekly standup at the start of the week and have plenty of dialog over Slack throughout the week. The team sends end of day and end of week summaries which are great to understand and track progress and the team was very quick to onboard and begin testing. Essential elements, such as a defined Color System, were missing, resulting in the absence of a coherent visual framework from the outset. Despite this, subsequent deliverables were developed, which led to inconsistencies across the project.Several files provided contained technical errors and were not suitable for professional or commercial use. The requested corrections were not additional services, but necessary adjustments to meet minimum professional standards.Additionally, key agreed deliverables were not provided, including 3D mockups, video production and the website.During the course of the project, certain deliverables required waiting periods of up to one month, yet were still delivered with errors, indicating deficiencies in both project management and quality control processes.In contrast, comparable corrections and adjustments were completed independently within a matter of hours, highlighting a significant discrepancy in execution efficiency.A substantial portion of the total project fee (approximately 90%) was requested and paid before the initial phase had been properly completed.While certain isolated matters arose during the project and were resolved within a short timeframe, these do not reasonably account for the overall duration of nearly two years.Following the conclusion of the project, independent third-party designers reviewed the materials and identified deficiencies requiring correction, completion and partial re-execution.
