Essential components such as the Color System Guidelines were missing, meaning the brand lacked a defined visual system from the outset.– Despite this, subsequent work was carried out without a proper strategic foundation, which resulted in inconsistencies and technical deficiencies across the deliverables.– Several files delivered by your team contained errors and were not usable in a professional or commercial context. The corrections requested related to these defective files. These were not additional services, but necessary corrections to meet minimum professional standards.– Key agreed deliverables were not provided, including 3D mockups, video production, and the website.– A substantial portion of the total project fee (approximately 90%) was requested and paid before the initial phase had been properly completed.– The project extended over a period close to two years. In comparable engagements, such timelines are not standard.– During the project, certain isolated matters (including legal and security-related issues) arose and were resolved within weeks. These cannot reasonably account for the overall duration of the project.– After the project ended, independent third-party designers reviewed the materials and identified deficiencies requiring correction, completion, and partial re-execution in order to make the work usable.– The contract includes limitation of liability provisions. The applicability of such provisions in this case is currently under legal review, in light of the overall performance and delivery of the contract.– This review was challenged and subsequently verified by the platform, confirming that it reflects a genuine customer experience.– The project was contractually expected to be completed within approximately five months. However, the actual duration extended to nearly two years, representing a substantial deviation from the agreed timeline.– During this period, certain deliverables required waiting times of up to one month, yet were still delivered with technical errors, indicating deficiencies in both project management and quality control.– By contrast, comparable corrections and adjustments were completed independently within a matter of hours, highlighting a significant discrepancy in execution efficiency.– Due to the absence of a satisfactory resolution, this matter is currently being prepared for legal proceedings before the Turkish courts through legal representation, based on contractual non-performance and disputed charges for services that were not effectively delivered.Prospective clients are encouraged to review all available feedback and assess whether this level of delivery aligns with their expectations and business needs.I stand by my review. "
