I've had the pleasure to work alongside Noise Media for a while now. My agency Untapped specialise in web & mobile app projects. Noise Media specialise in social marketing. When those 2 things align with specialists at the top of their game magic happens. Only a few times in my 30+ year career have I worked alongside people who are as dedicated and obsessed with good results. Those companies are hard to find and when you find one, you tend to stick with them for the long haul. The management shows clear favoritism in the office. Employees who are close to managers get special treatment, more flexibility, and fewer restrictions, while others are treated very differently.
