I met with the designer once he was nice but never heard from them again. Promised to deliver logo in 3 weeks after 3 weeks I called and he had nothing to show me. Could not provide a receipt for my deposit so I waited until they could to pay. Never got called for a receipt. Will not return calls. I literally have cash in hand and they can't produce a receipt or a logo. After over a month of calling once or twice a week im missing valuable advertising time due to their failure to deliver.

I regret contacting this company. I dropped off 4 dvd's to transfer to the cloud months ago. I was told by their phone rep that I would receive a call back to let me know the status and never heard a thing. I have called multiple times and left a message through their website service. No one responds. My guess is they have lost my dvd's. Consumer beware.

You know...... Honestly they do the work and they do a good job but if you're looking for a professional business this is not it. The work will take absolutely forever, months for something that could probably be done in an afternoon. Any contact will have to be initiated by you, they won't be in touch, ever. I can't recommend this company as it's just not reliable or reputable business wise.

I worked with Baseline Creative years ago when I worked for a nonprofit organization in town. They were easy to work with, passionate about their work, invest back into our community, and are very kind and patient.When I needed to design a new logo and business cards for my new therapy practice, there was no question who I wanted to work with! Where do I begin. Nathan and his team, Andrea and Ben are top notch and beyond the term great service. I have been thru many companies and individuals over the years with my various business and always ended up with a dysfunctional person or persons. This here with baseline is not the case.
