I regret contacting this company. I dropped off 4 dvd's to transfer to the cloud months ago. I was told by their phone rep that I would receive a call back to let me know the status and never heard a thing. I have called multiple times and left a message through their website service. No one responds. My guess is they have lost my dvd's. Consumer beware. "

This company is a joke... Several of the samples (Hy-Vee) were not done by them. I know because I was the one who edited them. They are claiming that their company was producing them, not a chance! "

You know...... Honestly they do the work and they do a good job but if you're looking for a professional business this is not it. The work will take absolutely forever, months for something that could probably be done in an afternoon. Any contact will have to be initiated by you, they won't be in touch, ever. I can't recommend this company as it's just not reliable or reputable business wise. "

Their service is terrible. They'll miss their deadlines by months and refuse to explain why. They'll promise to call you with an update and will never call you back. I dropped off old home movies 7 months ago to be digitized. I was told 3 to 6 months. They now say it will be up to 8 months with no promises. They're excuse is that they got busy over Christmas; but I dropped off my materials in June. There are other more reliable services available in the Kansas City area for the same price. "
