Sagenext has been unbelievable in in helping me move my practice to the cloud. Customer support has been extremely timely, with plenty of remote desktop help. I am happy I chose Sagenext as my cloud provider for the customer service experience alone. From getting printers, scanners, and other application setup, they have been nothing but helpful and professionals. Have had nothing but great support from IntegriCom since we started working with them. Most recently I had an issue with the 'new' Microsoft Outlook email. Not sure what happened on my laptop but it made me reset my Microsoft password and set up Outlook again and then I had issues logging in and having 'denied access' messages. Luckily IntegriCom found the issue that was basically a conflict in my system causing the denied access. Just took giving them control/access of my laptop and I was back up and operational in 10 minutes. So appreciative of their support and responsiveness.

B6 Ventures has been working with JJC Systems on a variety of projects and their service is top-notch. They go above and beyond in their efforts to help us. They were able to quickly troubleshoot an issue with one of our ChromeOS devices the night before Thanksgiving that saved us a client relationship. In a separate instance, they were able to quickly resolve an emergency outage for one of our client’s Office 365 email. Their knowledge and expertise in this area was evident, and they were able to get our client back up and running in less than 1-hour. JJC Systems is currently helping us with a tenant to tenant migration as we exit the MSP sector. They have been a great partner in this process, and have been incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. Impact I had to call Gen pact a week or so ago concerning a job offer. Only it really wasn't a legitimate job offer. The lady who answered my phone call, knew immediately what was going on and explained to me she was very sympathetic and apologetic on what happened. One of the major career forms that millions of people use to look for a job happen to have a breach of security.Which ultimately led to false jobs being offered. I had waited over a week and thought that things seemed off.They were aware of the problem and took care of it. Whereas the platform I won't mention the name of that platform could care less and didn't do anything about the situation let alone for inform for me.
