As a chiropractor, HIPAA compliance is a big deal for us we deal with sensitive patient info every day. Have to use them since they bought Agility Communications. Opened a couple of service tickets only to find they would work them and then not lock or log off the server when they finished. Called and spoke to the service manager who assured me that this would be addressed and not happen again. three weeks later, I opened a ticket and what happens, they work the issue and then just disconnect from the session and not log off. In todays environment of cyber breaches, this is a very important security concern. Since then, I have disabled their account and they have to connect through me. On top of all that, I have received no less than 4 emails this morning asking me to leave a Google review. Well, here's your review.

We have used BlackPoint IT as our IT group for many years. I've had major IT issues as well as just "dumb" things that come up with my computer or computer programs that I need help with...and they are always terrific. They've have been a tremendous resource for us over the past four years...1st - They are SUPER-RESPONSIVE. Whether we're talking about small nuisances around the office or big OMG-type problems, there's always someone available to help.2nd - THEY SPEAK IN LANGUAGE WE UNDERSTAND. This is SO important. When I'm given suggestions about how to stabilize our network and security, they come down to my level. I really do know what they want to do and why.3rd - BNC technicians are HYPER-COMPETENT. We've got one fellow in particular assigned to our account, and we love having him in the building. He's like family. But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too.Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason?TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT.The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes... We're simply not going to do that.tldr: HIRE BNC FOR YOUR IT SERVICES - it'll help you sleep easy at night knowing your business is in good hands.
