If I could give Utah Tech Labs zero stars, I would.Let’s start with Russ—“the state’s top guy in AI.” At least, that’s what they tell you. But you’ll never meet Russ. He’s just the closer, the guy who sells you the dream. Once you sign on, Russ vanishes, and you’re left dealing with a team that simply cannot deliver.Over 12 months, they failed at every aspect of the project. Not one promise kept, not one deadline met, and not a single budget adhered to. They took over $70,000 of my money, and after a full year, I have nothing to show for it. Not even a keyboard. Not even an app. They literally could not build a keyboard—one of the most basic tools in tech. After being charged over 20K in two weeks and complaining that not one thing had advanced on the app, none of my concerns were addressed. However, a month later, their overseas "tech team" was fired for not doing any work when they billed. However nothing was reimbursed. The sheer incompetence is staggering. If you enjoy missed deadlines, vague excuses, and a complete lack of accountability, Utah Tech Labs is the place for you. If you actually want results? Run the other way. Fast.
