Very unprofessional company. We were working with them for last 8-9months and we had a contract with them for a year. But suddenly in the middle of the year they decided to stop providing their services to us without any prior information and communications . The sales rep (Mr Goutam) stopped taking our calls and never reverted back as to why such a decision was taken by Turain. Extreme lack of professionalism. Not trustworthy at all.
