Terrible, I gave them several opportunities to capture clients. They didnt do better than I did with SEO and Ad Words. They still charge may card even after Ive cancelled (twice). There are other more reputable companies that can do better.

Roger West is the BEST (especially Kendall). I'll be honest... I had never heard of this agency and was a bit skeptical about them at first. They proved me wrong on day ONE. They're genuinely good at ALL areas of design, copywriting, ad optimization, SEO, and web development. Like ACTUALLY very good. I've worked with many agencies over the years -- some well-known, some not -- and none of them are good at everything marketing-related EXCEPT Roger West. They made us feel like their only customer, were so professional and smart, and made our team's marketing load 10x lighter.

I really felt Roger West understood the nuance of how marketing and sales strategies should be deployed -- with your full sales effort in mind. I was beyond impressed with the marketing talent which resides here and they were a top choice in our final decision. The discovery conversations were super constructive and I really felt the team took their time to carefully listen and understand what we were trying to accomplish in our market space. They ask great questions that generate meaningful ideation and stay mindful of PURPOSE. This is probably the best marketing agency in the greater Tampa area and I feel their end product could easily compete on the national stage.

We hired ROI as our digital marketing company to manage our website, social media and work on branding. ROI has totally revamped our Foundation's website and social media. I cannot speak highly enough of Zack, Amber, Kayla, Alfonso and their team members. I love how easy it is to schedule meetings. I also love the video links that Alfonso has me when we are working on doing any updates to the website. I get that visual and am able to hear him explain things or ask me questions. I love being able to communicate my feedback by being able to leave notes & pictures and use the approval links. Same with the monthly social media post approvals. I love that I can just click on the link and give that immediate feedback. The team always has fast turnaround when I request changes. I appreciate the creativity and professional look of everything. Our website is night and day since ROI took over, and they continue to exceed expectations as we expand and add content. Our email lists were a disaster and ROI also helped us create a professional mailing list that has improved communication with our supporters. I want to also touch on how kind and professional everyone I worked with has been. I would highly recommend ROI and we are lucky to have them!
