Andre at Hot Pop Factory was AMAZING to work with! The turnaround time was so fast, and the team is so knowledgeable about their printing technologies. Andre printed some very complex organic models out of flexible resin for me, and was incredibly helpful in troubleshooting some issues we had. I was able to pickup the models on the same day that they were printed and that pickup process was smooth and easy. If I have to print anything else I will never go anywhere other than Hot Pop!

We recently need a part for our inground pool that is no longer available. I contacted Hot Pop Factory after a google a search. I emailed them and they responded quickly asking for more details. I sent them some pictures and they quickly quoted me. What I like at that point was the excellent customer service and timely responses, which can be rare in the service industry. They did the job quickly and perfectly. The part worked great. I would for sure recommend them and use them again.

I would not recommend dealing with this company like a previous review said they lie all the time. They built my website, then sold the exact copy to another shoe website. Once this happened I contacted many other people unhappy with their service, I tried to move my website away from them but found it would be very costly to do so. Most of these reviews are from menbers of staff. Don't waste your money with this company.
