*UPDATE*2/25: I received a voicemail from Gary this morning. This was the first time ever I’ve been reached out to by this company. Its odd how a bad review will spring someone to action! Gary’s voicemail didn’t apologize for dropping the ball. He acted like I had requested a call minutes before! Either way, if he was aware of this fiasco or not- the fact that their process is unorganized and delayed (at the very least) should not be common practice. Since I made my decision last night not to partner with Tallwave- I will NOT be reaching back out. So any response to this review stating that they called me (after the fact!) is irrelevant.2/24: I reached out through their online email platform through their website over a week ago and they never called me. I followed up twice this week and still no correspondence. My email and phone number that I provided is correct. No hard feelings on my part- I'm moving on but if they can't reach out to a prospect within a week then naturally I question the quality of their advertised services. In my opinion, I should have at least been given a call back within 24 hours.... even if its a generic call to schedule something in the future, I would be satisficed. Zero stars if possible....This is not how I choose to run my business so I see it as dodging a bullet!

this is my 2 cents:*1- still waiting, proposal it takes forever to get delivered 14 days at least or more.*2- you have to pay them to pitch your idea, they explain, 1st meeting is introduction, the 2nd meeting where you explain your idea its the workshop that you have to pay $$ for. how is that even realistic.*3- being sick is not an excuse to delay work and that what they do.*4- you are lucky if you get straight answer with them.*5- no one answers the phone. excuse (we are moving, new office)i don't get it. i contacted 3 people on that office no one was answering i'm very sure they hire movers to move stuff they don't do the labor.**** excuses it could be all true. but delays and paying to explain what service you need is not acceptable***

Our ecommerce business has now worked with LaunchPad Lab on two major website redesign projects. The first one allowed us to completely rebuild our site from scratch. Would avoid at all costs. We spent $200K to develop a software that after one year there own team could not upgrade to work with Salesforce. If you disagree with them they will turn you over to collections without hesitation and no basis. The CEO Scott will then brag that he is an attorney and there is nothing you can do about it. Think twice, there are lots of software companies out there.

RUN AWAY from this company! Supposedly located in California. They sold me a package to design the branding, website, and social media for my company for $1500.00. "EVERYTHING" for $1500.00. Have paid over $6000.00 and I have NO control over the material I paid for. They send you everything in formats you cannot use or convert. They want to keep a hold of you to keep asking for money!!!!!! NEVER send anything to print through them!!! Ordered some business cards and brochures and have never received the brochures. To this day I have not received a single invoice or receipt of anything of what I have paid, including the design of the logo, the purchase of the domain and many other things. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I believe this company is a criminal enterprise. They are also known as Creative Company and Sketch Profs. Creative Company made a $2,500 unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. When I protested the transaction, Uptown Logo Design provided a fake receipt, fake transaction and activity logs and fake emails supporting the charge to my account. It was an elaborate and thorough fraud. I'm sure they've used similar fabricated documents before with other people they've ripped off. I reported them to the FTC and FBI.

I bought the Carmela the other day. It is smoky, with burnt Carmel, marshmallow taste and smell. This is not my type of whiskey. I like smoke but there was something that disagreed with me. So this line is not my cup of... whiskey. Looking forward to trying their Bourbon and will update my tasting experience. The R6 distillery reached out to me which shows they care about their product. That goes far with me.Update... I have now tasted the R6 Distillery Bourbon Whiskey. Very pleasant to the nose with light vanilla. Taste is smooth and not sharp. The taste is in my wheelhouse of Bourbons. Sweet, smooth vanilla, light Carmel. I hear you can get a bottle at COSTCO and i saw one on the shelf at the local convenience store in Gundo. I would recommend it.

Great speakeasy, fine spirits, nice atmosphere. Drawback is licensing restrictions - only one cocktail or 1.5 oz total in spirits. Beers are unlimited. Another flaw is when a private event is scheduled, no notice is posted on the website, meaning if you’re traveling here from afar, you will have to travel right back spiritless and hopless.Edit: When I checked the website I did not see the notice about the private event. If you say it was posted, then it was my fault for not being thorough. Also, the state did not want your missing stars and I have too many myself. They are all yours. And the gin was delicious. After a round of interviews and a technical test, they "hired" me for a position of senior database developer, back in September. They told me that work would not start until around December and I've never heard from them since.I think they pretend to interview people, just to add them to their "talent pool" in case they need them later. They contacted me for a job interview and I contacted them, they had a fairly broken communication response. I kept trying then over a holiday while I was checking out the company, doing research on a potential employer as I was taught to do for job interviews. And I noticed their certificates expired, which is understandable, I contacted them and didn't get a response, understandable for a smaller company. I reported it to whom ever I could which was the interviewer and the CEO, then no one ever contacted me again. It is probably better, their hiring manager seemed more intent on playing games and politics than actually hiring someone with any skill.
