  I've worked with Table XI for the last 9 years on a University-wide system to manage transactions at over 70 centralized service facilities. It has been an outstanding experience.   Table XI did a really good job kicking off the project by helping us with requirements gathering and project planning. They had some great exercises to facilitate this process and I particularly enjoyed how they teased out how flexible we were in terms of scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
