And before anyone tries to say I’m mad. Let’s start thay care about quantity not quality thay have no problem sending the customers bad products. The machines all need repair and the company won’t get people in the to do so. The Janesville location is garbage. Managers are a joke. And the hr team there is clueless.I refused to fix the machine because I felt it was more important to produce a good product then putting a bandage on it to put out good numbers lol and the training ther sucks sink or swim place lol

Black Flag carried us from concept to production on a very complex website with multiple interest holders. Designing a website for the California Department of Education means that we serve a varied user base and must adhere to the highest accessibility standards. Black Flag took input from internal teams, educators, and other interested parties that would be accessing and using the site. They adapted their designs to meet the needs of various types of users, coming up with not only attractive design elements, but created code that added automation to eliminate some of the manual updates. Black Flag provided us with a high-quality product and were so much fun to work with along the way. Too bad there wasn’t a negative star review because that’s the type of experience I had. So sad that they can’t even make it right with a customer My first time experience with this company they told you what you wanted to hear. To sign up with their company offered great rates. Than gave you great rates for another offer they did but come to find out the next day with a senior analyst, they didn’t offer those services any longer for what they said for the additional but came back in the thousands of dollars for the next step up program. When I declined the offer several times. That upset the senior analyst he kept calling me Wendy when the day before I told him my name was Mondae. So several times after correcting him what my name was. He started calling me names like we were in high school putting me down left and right. His response oh I’m sorry Tuesday Wednesday. My husband told me to hang up because he was very disrespectful. So I hung up then he called me back and started calling me more names saying Friday I’m so sorry that we couldn’t make this work out for you but your company will get no where. So I hung up again then he called back again but I never answered. Then he proceeded on leaving me a text. His text read Best of LUCk Mondae😂…. I was just Joshin you.. Good luck figuring all this out. Very unprofessional. Than I we called to complain to upper management but they didn’t seem to concerned about how their employee treated me. Save your money there is company’s out there that don’t need to bad mouth other companies or lie about what they are where you should be with the platform. Because the senior analyst also told me that he would have my business up there within days unlike the other company I had for 2 months all ready going on 3 and that company should of had me on the top by now. I researched it and it does take several months to get up there. So new companies don’t believe what apex people have to tell you they are ok with their employees lying to you not only once but several times just to get your business. Totally wrong to take advantage of new smaller companies you should be ashamed of yourselves. Then when I was talking to the woman supervisor I asked to talk to his supervisor her response was I can let his supervisor know but that’s all I can do. Horrible first time experience. Very unprofessional and disrespectful all the way around.

I’m restoring my great grandfathers 1929 international truck and the pot metal housing that holds the distributor to the side of the generator was cracked and I could not find that part anywhere. John and his team did an outstanding job reverse engineering my part by 3D scanning it and created a .stp file that I took to a machine shop.
