The Kickstart Design guys have been awesome and great to work with! They have come through early with all of their deliverables, have been easy to get in touch with and have been great at communicating updates. You can tell they are genuinely interested in the project and want it to be successful. I really appreciate how personable they all are and the lack of a “corporate” feel.They have really helped educate me on the process and have provided great feedback and ideas.I am working on a “passion project”, so working with a team I enjoy and who I feel are invested in my idea and project was a top priority for me — Cam, Lionel and Francis have exceeded my expectations every step of the way. There are many good things that can, and should be said about Swift Manufacturing. First and foremost is that their part quality is outstanding. Regardless of manufacturing process and material, the surface finishes they achieve have always met or exceeded our expectations, and I've never found a stray burr on a finished part part. End to end concentricity on turned components that require multiple fixturings has always been high, and runout has been difficult to measure.An equally important aspect of working with Swift is that they are willing to do a manufacturing side design review with engineers. On more than one occasion Swift has gone through our parts and offered suggestions on how to alter designs to improve manufacturability, achievable surface finishes and tolerances, and final part cost. This is not something I've experienced when working with other machine shops, and it's one of the biggest reasons I prefer working with Swift.

Swift has proven itself time and time again as a go-to company for design, prototype, and production work for me. Whether it has been an entire product design, production support, or rapid prototyping, Swift has been great to work with. Prototype turn-around times are always reasonable and they have often been able to work with me to improve timelines when needed. They are always interested in helping. Recently, when a quote came back higher than anticipated, they worked with us to figure out how to adjust their manufacturing process to hit our target cost. Normally, other companies will simply quote and not be willing to discuss DFM, or get creative to meet a cost/time goal.

Too bad there wasn’t a negative star review because that’s the type of experience I had. So sad that they can’t even make it right with a customer My first time experience with this company they told you what you wanted to hear. To sign up with their company offered great rates. Than gave you great rates for another offer they did but come to find out the next day with a senior analyst, they didn’t offer those services any longer for what they said for the additional but came back in the thousands of dollars for the next step up program. When I declined the offer several times. That upset the senior analyst he kept calling me Wendy when the day before I told him my name was Mondae. So several times after correcting him what my name was. He started calling me names like we were in high school putting me down left and right. His response oh I’m sorry Tuesday Wednesday. My husband told me to hang up because he was very disrespectful. So I hung up then he called me back and started calling me more names saying Friday I’m so sorry that we couldn’t make this work out for you but your company will get no where. So I hung up again then he called back again but I never answered. Then he proceeded on leaving me a text. His text read Best of LUCk Mondae😂…. I was just Joshin you.. Good luck figuring all this out. Very unprofessional. Than I we called to complain to upper management but they didn’t seem to concerned about how their employee treated me. Save your money there is company’s out there that don’t need to bad mouth other companies or lie about what they are where you should be with the platform. Because the senior analyst also told me that he would have my business up there within days unlike the other company I had for 2 months all ready going on 3 and that company should of had me on the top by now. I researched it and it does take several months to get up there. So new companies don’t believe what apex people have to tell you they are ok with their employees lying to you not only once but several times just to get your business. Totally wrong to take advantage of new smaller companies you should be ashamed of yourselves. Then when I was talking to the woman supervisor I asked to talk to his supervisor her response was I can let his supervisor know but that’s all I can do. Horrible first time experience. Very unprofessional and disrespectful all the way around.

I can't say enough great things about this company. Their team has built multiple websites for me as well as taking care of my online advertising and marketing. They've designed and branded our image to stand above our competitors. And not only digitally, but they also design and take care of any print materials I need like T-shirts, can koozies, business cards, vinyl, and table skirts.
