Adrian Agency Reviews

Reviews from Google Maps are available on this profile.
This marketing agency presents itself as a comprehensive digital solution for businesses, offering services like website design, ad marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies, and other online promotional tools. At first glance, their pitch is incredibly polished and convincing. They claim to possess unparalleled expertise in driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and delivering robust marketing campaigns that ensure measurable growth for their clients. However, a closer look at their practices reveals a different story—one rife with misleading promises, hidden agendas, and questionable business ethics. The agency uses aggressive sales tactics, promising impressive results such as significant lead generation, increased online visibility, and substantial ROI (Return on Investment) within short timeframes. Their contracts often tout seemingly irresistible offers, claiming that a significant portion of the money paid by clients will go directly toward ad spend on platforms like Google, Facebook, or Instagram. These claims create a facade of transparency, instilling trust and enticing businesses to sign contracts without fully understanding the implications.Once the contract is signed, clients quickly realize they are locked into long-term agreements with hefty financial obligations. The agency enforces these agreements rigorously, often using legal threats to ensure compliance, regardless of whether they deliver on their promises. This “ironclad” contract structure prevents dissatisfied clients from easily backing out, effectively trapping them in a cycle of payments.More alarmingly, the funds earmarked for ad campaigns often never reach their intended destination. Clients are led to believe their money is being invested in data-driven, targeted advertising strategies designed to grow their business. In reality, these funds are allegedly redirected to finance unrelated ventures or personal business opportunities spearheaded by the agency’s leadership, particularly Adrien. The promised ad campaigns are either grossly underfunded or nonexistent, leaving clients with little to no return on their investment. As complaints mount, the agency employs deflection tactics, blaming the lack of results on external factors such as market conditions, algorithm changes, or even the clients themselves. Additionally, the company goes to great lengths to erase evidence of dissatisfaction by frequently changing its Google profile and business name to evade truthful reviews. The few five-star reviews that remain are often posted by friends and family of the agency, painting a misleading picture of its credibility and effectiveness. This blame-shifting approach, combined with the restrictive contracts, leaves clients feeling powerless, frustrated, and misled. "

His expertise in marketing and design, combined with his unique ability to boost confidence, has elevated my consulting capabilities to new heights. Adrian possesses a rare blend of empathy, knowledge, and skill, making him an exceptional mentor. His guidance was pivotal in refining my marketing strategies and enhancing my self-assurance as a designer. I'm immensely grateful for the positive impact Adrian has had on my career and cannot recommend him highly enough. Truly a 5-star mentor! "

This is an honest review and I am not trying to punish Adrian Agency, but know that good quality reviews help businesses! I hired Adrian Agency In September 2023 with the intention to run ads to increase sales and potentially try to put some of that additional income into SEO work. Along the way we had some good website changes that they were able to make and they always did those quickly, and did a great job on those. So concerning the ads - at this time I had been working with them for around 10-11 weeks and I did not see one sale that came from the ads that were being run. I contacted them telling them I wanted to cancel my contract with them. They then told me the sales were secondary and that I had a contract with them and have to give a 60 day notice in order to cancel. So I am supposed to continue paying them to manage the ads and spend my money on the ads with no sales? I told them that if they could show me any sales came from the ads they ran I would move forward paying for the additional time to run the ads. They told me they would take the 60 day cancellation policy down to 30 days, but that's the final deal, and they still could not show me any sales coming from the ads. This is not even reasonable if they are not able to show me they are producing any sales at all! About 3 weeks after parting ways I got an invoice from Chris for $1800+ with very minimal details on what it was actually for ("hourly development work") and was given a hard time when I asked for more information showing what I was paying for. The response was "normally this is how we send invoices, and no one has ever complained." I guess most people just pay for large invoices and not even ask for justification showing what they are for. In summary: they do great website work, with ads management make sure they set up the tracking properly to show you the analytics, I would definitely not sign a long term contract with no accountability if sales are not produced, and make sure you know what you are paying for on the invoices (not saying anyone was lying just so you know in detail what the logged hours are for). Hopefully this review can be used to better serve your clients in the future and to also help equip the client to make a good decision for their business. "

Adrian Agency was a pleasure to work with. The work product they delivered for my consulting firm was innovative, modern, and high quality. I expect to continue to use them for our brand development needs and would definitely recommend them to others. "

I'm a real estate professional and I know how difficult it can be to keep up with the demands of fast-paced business. There's always something that needs to be done, but the days often only have 24 hours! Social media is one important task that often takes a back seat due to lack of time or tech-savviness. That's why I'm so thankful for Amanda at Adrian Agency - they're based in California, and have been a huge help in managing my business better by taking care of all my digital content. They really understand the trends in the local market, more so than other marketing or branding firms that are outside the USA. On top of getting things done without any hiccups, they've also given me more quality time with my kids - something I greatly appreciate! If you're looking for a reliable marketing team that gets results, then look no further - Adrian Agency is at your service! "
