Alan is great on paper and to reimburse you the small expenses you might have.Reimbursement up to 100 EUR have been reimbursed literally 1/2 days after I’ve sent the invoice.However, the game changes with bigger reimbursements. Recently made an eye laser surgery and submitted the request for reimbursement 2 weeks ago (total of 1600 EUR) - which, bear in mind, was pre-approved.As of today, I haven’t seen my reimbursement in the bank account and I’ve been following up daily via email (because of course you can’t phone them). All I got for reply was/is “reimbursement is approved and you’ll see the money in your bank account within 72h”Well, basically 240h later that first email confirming that I would see the money in my bank account, I still haven’t received them.So, if you plan these big interventions, please make sure you are economically covered if they don’t reimburse you on time.To sum up: Alan is very good for small and day-to-day care/reimbursment, but it is the worst for bigger reimbursement "

Alan is just great. Even though, like usually in France, most of the information are in French I could easily contact them in English, mobile app is also in English. They try to make their website and mobile app as simple as possible and make all information clear and easy to find.The coverage itself is great - it's my third mutuelle so I have some comparision and it's the best one. There's really nothing I can complain about. And they trully do their best to satisfie their customers. "
