Very inconsistent on the quality of calls answered and the quality seems to be decreasing. We lost quite a few potential customers in the last week due to "robotic" and emotionless agents who sound like they have no interest in doing their job. When you call in to discuss your business relationship, you find out your relationship manager is whomever answers the phone. I would not recommend them unless you like paying for extra services over what it stated in your agreement. I found out they have deviated from my approved template for a long time. They did not have a good reason for why. I am paying $2 a minute for a call agent to ask additional questions over what I have approved. I think we all know why the additional question are being asked. I asked for a credit on my bills since I paid for the additional minutes and surprise!!!, I never heard back from them. For the last 2 weeks. Been sending duplicates and quadrouplites of each indivifual client. Called in about this every day and they fix it then make it do it again after a few hours. Very frustrating. Wouldn't recommend answerforce for your business unless you want duplicate customers in your CRM. This causes problems, you will have to overspend in direct mails, and when sending emails it will cause you to send 4 emails to same person. And if they unsubscribe, they will continue to get emails since they are in the system 4 times. Very disappointing answerforce!Again in 2025 peak of summer. Stopped the syncing altogether. We have been using AnswerForce for about a month now and have had a great experience! Account setup was a breeze and they really take the time to customize the account to fit your business needs. They came highly recommended by a trusted peer and I am so glad we made the switch.
