That ended up being more of a pain point for Arctic Grey than for us, but it was frustrating for everyone involved. We also ran into a billing issue that was a little complicated—I think the buying experience could be clearer, although in our case PayPal was probably most of the issue.Looking ahead, I’d love to keep partnering with Arctic Grey long-term, maybe even in a consulting role, to ensure we’re always doing things well and right. Knowing we have a partner who understands our business and is there to help us be better is huge. On top of that, my colleagues only have wonderful things to say about Brooke—she’s truly top notch.At the moment, I don’t have specific suggestions for improvements or additional services, though I suspect there are areas we don’t know about yet where Arctic Grey could continue to guide us.
