Before I even get started, I decided to look into arise. I noticed that 3 days ago I signed up. And the person I signed up under, send me the generic email.I sent another email yesterday asking about the platform an upgrading after a few months to business owner. However her response was the generic email again. So I'm attempting 2 things with this message1. Arise how can we make this platform easier and better for all users and hold the team lead responsible for not responding to their agents appropriately and in a timely manner. And ghosting them because they really don't care.2. Team lead if you really want to grow an make the money, take accountability for your downline. Be professional because you have proven nothing an you do nothing. The same way you scam is the same way you will be scammed. And I see my team lead with a whole long list of people that signed up under her. You took all those women for fools. You actually sleep at night? With a heavy weight on your concience,i imagine!@arise let's arise to the occasion and make this platform worthy to have these contracts! Let's arise to the occasion 😊 make this platform an our work experience and environment user friendly. "

I was an independent contractor from 1999 to 2011 with arise working from home. When I first began I was making a very good income. But there is always a but as time went by the pay was less and ended up working more hours for less pay. They called it an independent contractor but it was not. We paid all the overhead for about 15.00 per hour. I called it under cover employee "

A good remote job, when there's work. I would suggest this type of work to anyone who has a difference in schedule, kids, care for family etc... you can choose your own, then change within guidelines. They are a great help upon needs, of course it's virtual but they do come through. I enjoyed working for Arise. "

There are a lot of internal management problems that make Arise a terrible place to work. First of all, training is unpaid, but they fully expect you to be present for weeks on end and jump through all sorts of hoops without compensation. There is actually an active class action lawsuit against Arise for this very issue. To add insult to injury the jobs they advertise pay an on average $10-$13 at most and they pay you far less for the job than if you wokred for the employer directly. Lastly, they will terminate your contract without notice and when you try to appeal it for cause they will try to cover up thier own failures by saying that you didnt meet expectations or had errors that they never ever talk to you about before they drop you. Further wasting your time after you just spent weeks in a training class you werent even paid for. "
