We hired the Azul Cielo team to create live art at our wedding, and the result and appreciation of this souvenir for our guests was simply excellent. I was very excited about choosing the place - really liked the office and our first meeting. Unfortunately during the process I felt like there was very little attention to our project - they just send via email options you chose and that’s all. But the problem is what you see on the screen of your computer and print can be slightly different- so I would expect a little more guidelines from the studio. On our RSVP they used the font and the color which was not visible- I got a feedback from our guests they couldn’t really read it well, also the color which was super light didn’t help. I just had a feeling they are missing a graphic designer who can advise or at least by default use fonts which are visible and clear. Also the studio is not very flexible. One advise I would give is to put your customer in the center of your business and provide best class customer service and I’m sure your studio will grow and succeed 🙂 "
