We engaged Bandalier to manage the top of our sales funnel to increase the quality and quantity of sales meetings for our internal sales team. Our initial goal was to generate enough new business to generate a 2x ROI, and we exceeded that so we increased our agreement to focus on targeting key prospects, and one week into the new focus we have seen excellent results! The level of service and communication across their entire organization is amazing. Bandalier also provides great tools for visibility in the process and interaction with prospects. They are open to collaborating and working alongside our internal team members. The SDR assigned to us has been absolutely amazing and has routinely gone above and beyond. In the spirit of constructive feedback, the one component about Bandalier that we could have improved was the feedback loop during the calibration process. In the first month, the SDR and my team were working calibrating the verbiage, objection responses, hand-offs to be as effective as possible, however, the process could have been better structured.
