Being Design is a boutique consultancy focused on helping purpose driven organizations scale their impact through technology, design, and better branding. Our mission is to increase human wellbeing by empowering those that empower others. With our unique blend of strategy, branding, and human-centered design, we empower conscious leaders to build impactful businesses for the digital era.
Over the past 5 years, we've helped dozens of established businesses transition from primarily analog offerings to either digital-hybrid, or digital first delivery. In the process, we've built over 100 websites and conducted jsut as many workshops on strategy, branding, messaging, and service design.

John CardoneCo-Founder & PrincipalJohn Cardone is the founder & principal of Being Design where he acts as the lead strategist and facilitator. Through his leadership in branding, marketing, and business model innovation, John is relentlessly focused on creating positive impact for his clients and his community.
Laurie ElderWeb DesignerLaurie is a classically trained graphic designer with over 10 years experience in the field. Her pedigree includes a BA of Graphic Design from the University of the Arts and continuing ed classes from CCP, Moore College of Art and Design and Fleisher Art Memorial. She lives in Philadelphia.
Stacey LindbloomStudio DirectorStacey Lindbloom manages the business, oversees team projects, and builds the company culture. With her background in architectural design and her passion for building relationships, Stacey has a natural gift for keeping the team on course towards building value for our clients and our community.
Hannah WestermanGraphic Designer, IllustratorHannah is a graphic designer and illustrator who works with Being Design on a project basis. Her specialties are logos, visual identity systems, and print design. Hannah is a native Oregonian and graduate of Binghamton University, and she wants you to know that she loves what she does.
