I recently had a disappointing experience with BigOhTech during their walk-in interview process. The scheduling was poorly managed, with candidates left waiting for extended periods with little to no communication. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional.Furthermore, after the interview, I repeatedly reached out via email for feedback, but no one bothered to respond. It's frustrating and disrespectful to be left in the dark after investing time and effort into their interview process.The Hr Team does not have the bandwidth to revert back or reply to a single mail . Very disappointed.BigOhTech needs to seriously improve how they treat candidates. Clear communication, respect for candidates' time, and timely feedback are basic expectations that were not met. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. "
