I had a very disappointing and unprofessional hiring experience with this company.Initially, I was clearly informed by the HR that the role was a full-time permanent position, where I would be working with a client but also contributing internally as a senior team member. I even confirmed this multiple times to avoid any confusion, and each time I was assured that this was a stable, full-time opportunity.Based on this, I invested significant time and effort in preparing for the interviews. I cleared the technical round successfully and was moved to the next round, which was described as a “client interview.”However, during the final discussion, there was no client present, and instead, I spoke with the delivery head. During the conversation, it was clearly stated that the role is actually project-based and completely dependent on a client contract, which could last 1–2 years or less.This was shocking and disappointing because it was completely different from what was communicated earlier. Even more concerning, the HR continued to misrepresent the situation by claiming that the person in the call was the client.Such lack of transparency and miscommunication reflects poorly on the company’s hiring practices. Candidates invest their time, energy, and expectations based on the information provided, and this kind of misleading behavior is highly unprofessional.I would strongly advise future candidates to clarify all details in writing before proceeding with this company.Overall, a very frustrating experience. "
