Absolutely do NOT order from them... I ordered a set of headlights, a few days later they send me a message saying sorry, they are actually out of stock. For fun, I search the headlights and they have them listed for double the price with several in stock... They wait two weeks then cancel my order. Bunch of scammers. A one star against this company is being very generous. This company claims to be an Amazon seller and ships usually same day. That’s total bullshit. The company lies to you about your product your ordered and your item will be delayed for weeks. Amazon doesn’t care they take there sweet ass time as well and won’t refund anything until you talk to the shady seller company. And they also take there time with lies and delays of shipment.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHINGThere are many reviews saying the same thing and Amazon doesn’t get rid of them. I ordered a laptop seemed liked it was too good to be true (turns out it was). It said it would be delivered from the sixth of June to the ninth. When the ninth hit they said that there was a delay. I heard nothing other then that for eight days until they said the order was canceled. I dont understand why this would happen at all unless they were trying to scam me out of money. Witch wouldn't have worked anyway since amazon gives refunds for products that don't arrive. This so called company is nothing but a scammer ! Operating on Amazon and using company names such as Purolator to look official but nothing they do follows and kind of shipping policies etc , Amazon don't seem to care that this seller conducts illegal activities on their platform and I will never purchase from Canada direct again . Latest I made a purchase they changed status to shipped using the name Purolator as the tracking I'd , when asked to provide a Purolator tracking number they made up some stuff cause about transporting the goods themselves , then claimed they dropped the item at Purolator Calgary claiming this to be the closest depot to myself which it isn't as I am in Sask . Then they lied again about shipping and tracking providing zero factual tracking information. Had to contact Amazon several times and report Canada directs business conduct as fraudulent in order to obtain a refund . Buyer beware and avoid these crooks at all cost . If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Ordered on Amazon.ca's site, a set of running boards and a hood deflector for my new vehicle. Ordered on March 29th, 2025, noticed that it was Canada Direct as the vendor. Did NOT know in advance that it would be Puralator. My bad, since I've had lousy service from them in the past. Amazon has been aware of my disdain for a long time, for the 2 & I've canceled orders made by mistake once I found they would be the shippers. Present day, I was advised on the 29th to expect the 2 items Apr. 2nd or 3rd. People have lives/things to do so when one someone's waiting at home for 2 days & every so often checks Amazon for tracking, for this example one does know that since it isn't Amazon that is shipping, their system may not show updates. It took almost the whole day of April 3rd & up to 8PM for the message about Purolator tracking to be included in my Amazon account. Then it was "expected by 8PM today." Soon after that WAS changed to "by 8:00AM tomorrow." That's bogus in itself, Purolator does NOT deliver that early & like UPS, they probably barely get rolling by 9AM on any business day. I called Amazon to advise that we will NOT be accepting the items no matter what or when Purolator decides to show up since it's a 100% cancellation on our end. While speaking to one of Amazon's great reps. I next saw a new date of now, April 9th. IF that day were to be met for delivery, that would then make it approx. 11 days from the date of purchase. In earlier views I noticed that Canada Direct via the Amazon seller's page(s), they appeared to have more than what IS now currently showing as "1 in stock." What IS probably the case, the reason for a huge discrepancy? Most likely they do NOT have much in stock, probably not even the 1 item as stated, now the items are back ordered. Their statement in print of "Same Day Delivery" is NOT to be trusted. Yet another "Canadian Company" (their bragging about being as such) that just doesn't live up to its promises. Regardless of whose fault this is, it's a lousy way to do business & why this review will stand for an eternity. I called up Amazon, they sent off a message to Canada Direct & as advised (by me) told the business that "under no circumstances will we accept delivery of the items. This way since Amazon doesn't actually pay 3rd party sellers right away (they DO hold payment for a period of time....just in case), Canada Direct has the 48 hrs to respond/reply/explain whatever it is they feel like explaining but even then, I will be getting a refund from Amazon since they don't pay the seller right away. As I explained it to the Amazon rep. "I'm not about to accept the items & only to have to return them & wait for a possible refund." Easiest way to explain it, IF you're p.o.'s about such poor practises by such a business who should be doing better, make your voices heard & force places like Canada Direct to actually do what they promise to. No matter what they reply with, I don't have my items as paid for, they chose a lousy shipper to begin with. They CAN eat the loss or the cost that Purolator should hit them with even if it happens to be Purolator's fault as well.I've gotta say this with respect to Amazon, as I AM a valued customer, they know to deal with such matters efficiently. I'm not the 1st to complain about this company & won't be the last. Purolator DID confirm "lots of problems with this company & "you're not the only one." Canada Direct IS pathetic, you're not a "Top Seller" & can't be trusted. Update: Sat. April 5th. Purolator showed up Friday with only a hood deflector. We refused it & we'll refuse the boards IF they ever do get here. Running boards are NOT in stock but I paid for them & they were listed on Canada Direct's page w. Amazon. "Mark" attempted to explain it that Manitoba is a long distance away?" From Ontario or even Quebec? At no time did he or Canada Direct reach out to advise "Out of Stock" etc. Now though, he's also gone on to change the shipping to "it can take 5-7 business days" BUT that's NOT what it shows on Amazon!
