The worst I.T. managed service provider that I've had the displeasure of working for. They will send you on a client site prior to even having you in their employee database, then fault you when you attempt to make sure you are even being paid for your time.Avoid doing business with these people at literally any cost.UPDATE: 10/21/2020: 6 days after payday, and guess who wasn't paid? This company is a joke at best. "

I had a introductory call today, with some Director of this company, it really does not matter you are director or CEO, you lack the basic decorum of speaking to others. I was giving my brief introduction and there was high disturbance on line for which he lost patience. looks like you have some health issue or syndrome, Get well soon. "

This is the first review that I have ever written on here and I can promise you that this is 1000% honest. We had Time Warner/Spectrum for roughly 7 years between two different homes. I even took the liberty of contacting Cincinnati Bell multiple times through out the years just to see how much rates changed and if their customer service got better. It wasn't bad the first time I called but the problem is that is never got better.I decided to order the Gigabit internet connection and I even talked to them about it numerous times as well. They told me that UNLESS I had a brand new installation I would get close to the 1024mb/s (1Gb/s). They stated that the most common speeds seen are around 700-900 Mb/s, which I was fine with. I haven't gotten anywhere close to that since they installed my internet. They had to do a fresh install and I instantly checked my download speed it was around 125mb/s (13-15 actual download when downloading a game or program) but it never got better and actually keeps getting worse.Earlier this evening I was noticing some connection issues while online playing with some friends of mine and I tested my internet and my speeds were 50mb/s (2-3mb/s actual download speed). Which is completely unacceptable. I had a 100Mb/s connection from Time Warner and got a constant 13-15Mb/s download speed, that's even with 1/10th of the connection speed. Needless to say, Cincinnati Bell is not a good company and do not delivery on their packages at all. By the way my bill is 130 dollars a month through CB, it was 60 with modem/router rental through Time Warner/Spectrum. Hands down TW is the way to go if you are looking for good reliable internet.Now lets get to their salesmen. Im not a racist man but please hire people who speak English as their PRIMARY language. The gentleman I spoke to hardly spoke English and was trying to pressure me into buying multiple packages. The first thing he asked me was what services I was looking for, as soon as I told him that I want the Fiber-Optic internet he instantly tried selling me TV and Phone with it. I told him no one in the house watches TV and we all have cell phones. My kids watch Netflix or play on their tablets. The only thing that I need is Internet, he tried for atleast 15 more minutes, not an exaggeration, to sell me 2 other services that were completely useless to me.I will more than likely be going back to TW and I will never ever come back to CB ever again. By the way my service started 7 days from today, Currently 1/3/2018. Their services are not worth their money. Please just steer clear of this company. Horrible customer service and ever worse internet service. I hope this helps someone from getting screwed over as well. Thanks for reading and let me know if this helps anyone out at all. "

I applied for a Network Engineer position with this company about a year ago and got so far as them making an offer, and when I courageously and honestly disclosed that I have a drug felony on my record from 2003 the offer was rescinded. I was told that CBTS will not hire Felons. I took it upon myself to write a letter to the CEO of company imploring him to reconsider and never got a reply. I made one mistake in my life, but in 13 years been employed for the last 10 years with a Fortune 500 company, graduated with honors with 2 Associate Degrees, and attained my CCENT and CCNA Certifications. It is sad that a company like CBTS does not believe in the good that is in every person, and blatantly disregards people that have made a mistake and still holds them accountable years after the incident. They would get no stars if I could do it. "
