I have had a wonderful experience with Ciprian IT and Chip Florian.My old computer got infected with the Trojan Powerlink virus. The only thing that seemed to be working was my browser and Chip fixed it remotely. We communicated via text and phone and he taught me a lot in the process.He was able to install W-10 for me.
