Since then:* My campaigns have not been activated * My account balance remains inaccessible * My messages to support have been ignored and repeatedly deletedI have attempted to contact their team more than 50 times without any resolution. Additionally, the platform does not provide transparent company information. Their domain registration is privacy-protected, and the listed registrant country (Nigeria) cannot be verified. Their infrastructure is also hidden behind Cloudflare, making it impossible to identify the actual operating entity. This lack of transparency, combined with unresponsive support and inaccessible funds, raises serious concerns.I am requesting: * Immediate resolution of my account issue OR * A full refund of my remaining balanceUntil this is resolved, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
