Real review here before you go in or call.I made it to Danielle in service since I was getting nowhere with the man that answered.Danielle refused to give me a single quote for an item I was wanting to replace on my computer. Without paying $75 and being forced to hand over your computer, you still cannot just request a single part from this company. Even a simple charging port.I am rating this place a fee scam business. Unless you are a big business and don't mind eating irrelevant fees for service, this business is not for you. "

I called support for updating a computer that has not been online for awhile which I prefer not to be online because the internet stinks but Matt (in support) was wonderful he could have just said bring it in and they could have charged me to update but he told me what to do it worked out wonderfully and he was very helpful and cared about my dilemma and was very patient!!!! We've bought computers from them for years and I would highly recommend them to anybody cuz I truly trust them!!!! "

Great place to get exactly what one needs. Service is great and the virus protection they offer is of quality. My new computer was set up just the way I wanted it including data transferred from the old unit and even a program installed as per requested. I also like the no pressure salesmen who simply address the needs of the customer and not trying to sell higher priced stuff. No gimmicks here....just quality items with fine 'human'/no automated/ right here in America service. I'll be back for sure. "

Very excellent service. The best service. No other computer service like it has ever been had. Their employees are excellent, just the best. The best computer employees I have ever seen. Keep up the good work!Only reason for a 4/5 instead of 5/5 was because one of the employees had some bad odor. He smelled peculiarly of guinea pigs. "

Great service and they have a nice employee there, I can't remember the name off the tip of my tongue, but he had nice strong arms that I assume he uses for throwing baseballs and he was able to wipe all of the questionable data and related viruses from my harddrive. He wasn't judgemental and I assume the rest of the staff are just as fantastic. This is like a hospital for computers except better because there's no waiting room. "
