This is an unfunny joke, not a service. Internal communication in the company is crap, communication with the customer is non-existent. They were supposed to contact me, if I hadn't called I wouldn't have known anything. Expertise is a thing of the past, because nothing comes of it anyway, and if it does, they won't say anything, because they can't.It is not without significance that they don't take responsibility for anything. Unfortunately, in this case, even replacing the battery was too much for them and the display won't start. They are hiding behind unauthorized parts, about which there is of course no information, maybe strange, but the display worked before.They provide misleading information. Supposedly, the expertise was done, but it turned out that they had to send the phone to the headquarters and they couldn't do it at that time.The time the device spent in the "service" was dramatically long and without results.
