My experience with Craters and Freighters Nashville was a bit of a journey to get my pottery out to CA. My customer service rep took the time/effort to answer my email questions and provide an initial quote - he was patient as I looked into other alternative ways to get my pottery shipped - no other resource does an LTL for artwork that I could find - the packing and shipping process was excellent - none of my pieces were damaged. I have now an abundance of bubble wrap/black Styrofoam to add to my own shipping supplies for customers. I would use Craters and Freighters again based on this first experience. "
