I worked at Decode for about a year, and during that time I had the chance to meet many wonderful colleagues who helped me grow professionally and learn new skills. Because of the nature of my role, I also had the chance to collaborate with clients across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, and even visit some of them in person.The team I worked with was everything you could hope for - driven, proactive, and always willing to jump in and help. The development teams I was part of were well-balanced in both skills and personalities, led by highly experienced engineers who lead by example.Beyond the projects themselves, the company culture stands out.
