I just completed my internship with DragonSearch and I could not have asked for a better experience. The amount of information that I learned about Digital Marketing (specifically SEO and Social Media Marketing) is truly astonishing. I was able to gain first hand experience in the field by completing real work for clients and working/learning side by side with other Dragons. I had my own desk and two monitors and everyone immediately made me feel like I was a part of the team from day 1. The working environment created by the Dragons is encouraging not only in the way that it inspires creativity, but that it also encourages you to be your healthiest and best self. Everyone comes from different backgrounds so you are consistently learning new things and pushed to grow. I highly recommend interning or working with this company if you are pursuing a career in digital marketing. They are truly the best! "

DragonSearch's approach to integrated marketing and focus on process/results is what separates them from other SEO & Social Media marketing agencies. The folks at DragonSearch are an outstanding team, creative and easy-to-work with. They work from a ‘goal-driven strategy’, evaluating a client’s business strengths and weaknesses and then develop a plan that will target and meet business goals. I’ve worked with Ric and Eta (DragonSearch's leadership) for years now and have been impressed with their dedication to invest in the company’s health, culture and in building a strong professional team. I trust them with our website and marketing efforts and recommend them to anyone needing a team that's ready to collaborate and make good things happen. "

I've worked with other supposed SEO gurus. I paid them a ton of money and received no value whatsoever. That's one reason why I'm so thrilled with the excellent work and value I received from the folks at Dragon.Ric, Jason and Adam were professional throughout the entire project. More than that, they took the time to really understand my needs and focus. Then they went above and beyond to do an in depth analysis of my new website. They even fixed some development issues that were left over from the deployment. Not part of their project assignment but they did it anyway.Their SEO analysis and recommendations for me deserve five stars ++++. The work was thorough, thoughtful and went way beyond what I'd expected or asked them to do. They gave me some new ideas, pinpointed some area that were causing me problems and basically did an OUTSTANDING job.I will hire them again, and again. And you should hire them too! I can't say enough great things about the people and their work. "

Our company paid DragonSearch $6300 to perform SEO services for our website over a period of 3 months ($2100/mth). We were very unhappy with the services performed and sent many emails back and forth of which I still have available to me as evidence. We stopped working with them and they told us we had a credit for certain hours to be used when our new website was done. We asked for a refund instead and they told us no. When the new site was done, we asked them to work on it for SEO and at least try and get something from the $6300 we had paid. I was coordinating with one of their tech guys (Ralph) who explained what they planned to do with the remaining hours we had as a credit (again, all of this documented in email). I researched what they planned on doing and I learned that what they planned to do was effective years ago, but no longer effective. I asked them why they were using those methods in an email and I was told that is their method and that if I had further questions to reach out to his supervisor (Josepf). Josepf ignored my emails for about three weeks, and then finally wrote back with an email that skirted the main issue and did not address my concerns. I persisted in trying to get a solution worked out or a refund of the money we had paid, and was ignored again. I recently reached out to the owner of the company and sent him a detailed list of every correspondence between me and his employees. He (Rick) basically told me that the emails I sent were too long to read, and that he has his own email proof of how things went down and that there was nothing else they were going to do and he doesn't see what they did wrong. I wrote back and said that I'd sent him ALL the email correspondence and was shocked at his attitude towards the matter given that I too am a business owner and would have handled things in a different matter if I'd learned my employees had wronged a customer. Not only were their SEO reccomendations innacurate from the other research we found, but they actually did harm to our site. They reccomended certain things to put as the focus for our homepage which we had to pay a lot of money to a programmer and designer to put together only to learn that what they had us do did absolutely nothing for SEO value (putting pictures of our product as the main focus of our page for example). We now have to redesign everything and are out not only the $6300 we paid to Dragon Search, but also the money to rebuild the site (again) because of the poor recommendations we received from them. "
