I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this company. I’ve been charged late fees even when I pay my bill on time, and my internet speeds are regularly throttled for no clear reason. This affects my ability to run and support my online community.I’ve already shared my experience with them, and many are planning to leave honest reviews based on how this company performs. People deserve to know what kind of service they’re signing up for, and my community believes in holding companies accountable. "

I warn anyone looking for internet service to avoid this company. I have called 5 different phone numbers. The AI answers and recognizes me as a valued customer. Then proceeds to transfer me to technical support or billing and then hangs up on me. I consider this to be poor service. I also should be able to connect 10 devices. However only one TV is connected. Poor service again. "

I don’t have a good thing to say about my experience with this company. I feel their company doesn’t screen their employees to fully explain their business setup to get their business ,my experience was a rush to get me signed up with a installation fee and not letting me know I would need the first month bill the next day after the installation.Which is not what I wanted or could afford because I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. So I wouldn’t recommend this company by any means.They are only in it for profit, and the service is below being good. "

I feel the rep installers was very knowledgeable on what they were doing. They helped us get our Apple TV set up for WiFi, an told us how to scan the code on the side of the box for our phones. Seems to be very worthy of knowledge on what was be done. So far everything is working great. We appreciate EarthLink very much. "

Service and installation went smooth with no issues. Internet works as it should. My only issue is that I specifically asked not to add on additional products for an additional fee but when I checked my account I was signed up for several services. You are able to cancel them online. Thankfully I saw this in time so I won’t be charged but I feel that was a shady tactic by the customer service rep as I know they are incentivized to sell the additional services but no means no! "
