I had a very disappointing experience with this service. Despite paying a very high fee, the feedback I received was minimal and lacked any meaningful engagement. Instead of addressing the concerns I brought up, the response simply repeated what I had already submitted, with no justification or helpful input. I expected personalized guidance, especially given the cost, but unfortunately, the service did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this to other students seeking real academic or research support. "

Please listen to me...do NOT even try. Their company is run by a bot until you might FINALLY get an answer. For someone who you want to help you write or edit, this isn't it. They should have more personalization from the start. In my intial email I wrote back that I was turned off by the "bot" answer. Then they followed up and I went back and forth with "Aaron" that his information about my area of research was wrong, that I wished he was more personal, and that if he couldn't reply with a genunie response I'd share out. Sure enough every reply was a blanket response from "Aaron" letting me know I could call their company for more information. There are great companies out there who are REAL from the START. Keep looking! Do not give your money to a company who can't even try to engage and didn't train their bot to filter when they needed a person to take over. "

Precision is so great, I have been working with them for years. When my university shut down in the middle of the night they even helped me to transfer to a new school. I was devasted at first because I was already done with chapters 4 and 5, but they helped me revise my entire manuscript to the standards of the new school and I graduated within 6 months of transfer. We are now working on multiple journal articles and they are helping me put together some classes. I can’t recommend Precision any more highly than to say they get the job done and get approval no matter how difficult. "

I finally reached out to Precision for assistance. They walked me through all of my chair’s comments and made recommendations for ways to improve. There were multiple rounds of revisions, and they continued to guide me and help me edit without increasing the rate. After submitting revisions to my chair and waiting on feedback, they checked in with me regularly, which encouraged me and also helped me stay on track. My concept paper was finally approved, and then we moved into the IRB stage, followed by data collection and analysis. They were always upfront about their rates, and every quote included endless rounds of revisions. I am thankful for that because there were certainly MANY revisions! They were professional and responsive. I never had to wait long for replies to my emails or answers to my questions. I have no doubt that without Precision, I would not have made it to the end. "
