I attended the interview on 5th Aug 2025 for SSE in person. After clearing there rounds of technical interviews I had a formal HR discussion as well where she told I will have to attended a managerial round in the next day. Which they scheduled but the interviewer didn’t join the call and they told me they will reschedule.Today morning I received a mail subject Epsilon Interview Feedback which reads “ We truly appreciate the effort and insights you shared across the multiple rounds. After careful consideration, we have decided to put your candidature on HOLD and we are evaluating more candidates before arriving at a final decision.”Contacted HRs are Namita/Rahul. The campus is real clean and well organised, had gone for hackathon and they treated us with very much respect.Cool people "

-Projects are extremely short-term (often just a few months)-No job security — contractors are released immediately after project completion-Frequent removal of contractors and employees-No communication or support from management about future opportunities-Lack of transparency during hiring about project duration and expectations-Treated as replaceable resources with no long-term planning or growth-No onboarding into company culture or inclusion beyond project work "
