Relying on these representations, I paid an advance amount of ₹6,500.At the time of delivery, the website was providING without essential e-commerce features, including GST breakup/splitting, discount calculation, and automatic price computation. These features are basic and mandatory for any functional e-commerce platform. Their absence constitutes a failure to deliver the agreed scope of work.When this issue was raised, the service provider stated that such features were “not asked for,” which demonstrates either a serious lack of technical competence in e-commerce development or a misrepresentation of services at the time of sale.As a result, I suffered a financial loss of ₹6,500 and a waste of 40 days of valuable time. The commitments made prior to payment were materially different from the services delivered afterward.I strongly do not recommend this website maker.
