These features are basic and mandatory for any functional e-commerce platform. Their absence constitutes a failure to deliver the agreed scope of work.When this issue was raised, the service provider stated that such features were “not asked for,” which demonstrates either a serious lack of technical competence in e-commerce development or a misrepresentation of services at the time of sale.As a result, I suffered a financial loss of ₹6,500 and a waste of 40 days of valuable time. The commitments made prior to payment were materially different from the services delivered afterward.I strongly do not recommend this website maker. Prospective customers are advised to obtain detailed written specifications, feature lists, and delivery commitments before making any payment to avoid similar issues. "
