⭐ 1 Star – Unprofessional and Misleading ServiceThe sales team made clear assurances and provided a written quotation for developing a website with complete e-commerce functionality. Relying on these representations, I paid an advance amount of ₹6,500.At the time of delivery, the website was providING without essential e-commerce features, including GST breakup/splitting, discount calculation, and automatic price computation. These features are basic and mandatory for any functional e-commerce platform. Their absence constitutes a failure to deliver the agreed scope of work.When this issue was raised, the service provider stated that such features were “not asked for,” which demonstrates either a serious lack of technical competence in e-commerce development or a misrepresentation of services at the time of sale.As a result, I suffered a financial loss of ₹6,500 and a waste of 40 days of valuable time. The commitments made prior to payment were materially different from the services delivered afterward.I strongly do not recommend this website maker. Prospective customers are advised to obtain detailed written specifications, feature lists, and delivery commitments before making any payment to avoid similar issues. "
