Escale Solutions is a fraudulent company. They withheld my 3 months’ salary and never paid me despite repeated follow-ups. The founder, Saransh Garg, never answers calls. He had promised to give me 3 months’ post-dated cheques but never provided them.HR Chetna is extremely unprofessional, she never replies to any emails or messages and always lies instead of resolving issues. Now, to cover things up, Saransh Garg has made his wife Divya Gupta the HR. The accountant Gaurav Sharma deducted TDS from my salary but never filed it.To hide their fraud, they have now started a new company called TalenCred – just another trap to exploit employees.This organization is highly unprofessional, dishonest, and exploitative. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Escale Solutions and their new venture TalenCred. "

This organization has shown a high level of unprofessionalism. Despite repeated follow-ups, they have failed to clear my Full and Final (FNF) settlement. I strongly caution others to be aware of potential delays or fraudulent behavior. "

I worked at Escale Solutions as a Frontend Developer, and unfortunately, my experience ended on a disappointing note.I resigned on July 31, 2024, and despite multiple follow-ups starting from November 2024, my full and final settlement (₹15,000 for June and ₹23,500 for July) has not been cleared — even after more than 9 months.I reached out to the HR (Divya Gupta) and the company owner (Saransh Garg) several times via email, but there has been no response or action to resolve this issue. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.I'm posting this review to make future employees aware of how financial dues and exit formalities are handled here. If you're considering joining, please be cautious and ask clear questions about their exit policies.I hope no one else faces the same experience. "
