Founder and Managing Partner
Alexander pioneered and directed the 1st IFRS tuition and MBA programs in Belarus. He completed training and internships in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. Worked with ATC International, Deloitte&Touche, Vaxjo University, Project Management Institute.
Yan Malashonak
Project Leader
Yan Malashonok joined FIN.by in 2011. Since 2014 he has been holding the position of a project leader. In 2017 he joined ACCA with "Top Affiliate" status. Area of expertise: Outsourced monthly IFRS & management reporting, IFRS fast close automation in Excel.
