Aiter is an AI marketing agent that turns a website URL into a full multi-channel campaign. In early 2026 our roadmap was growing faster than our small core team could deliver it, and generation costs were climbing as more users signed up. We brought in Fulcrum's AI-augmented dedicated team to add engineering capacity without hiring full-time. We had three goals: extend our engineering capacity, ship new features in our campaign generator faster, and make our AI generation pipeline more reliable and cheaper to run. A team of 2 engineers was contributing within three months. They shipped new ad formats, made Video Studio rendering faster and more stable, and improved localization quality for our key markets. On the pipeline side, they cut failed and low-quality generations and optimized model calls, prompts and caching. What stood out was that they didn't just take tickets. They flagged parts of our pipeline where we were using an expensive model for tasks a cheaper one handled just as well, and that suggestion drove a big part of our savings.
