Gravitas is a consulting firm helping small and mid-sized businesses build the operational foundation larger companies take for granted. We offer four core service lines under one roof: Human Resources (employee handbooks, policy development, recruiting support, and ongoing HR retainer plans), Business Management, Marketing & PR, and Training & Compliance (including sexual harassment prevention, HIPAA, OSHA, and Title IX certification courses). Rather than requiring clients to piece together separate vendors for each function, Gravitas acts as a single, integrated partner. Our mission is to align people, processes, and purpose, so that culture supports strategy and execution drives real results.

Gravitas was built specifically for organizations that need professional-grade support but don't have the budget or staffing for a full in-house team. Our pricing reflects that: flat, transparent monthly retainer tiers designed for small business budgets, not the hourly or project-based fees common among larger consulting firms. We also offer standalone, a la carte compliance training courses for organizations that need a single certification without a broader retainer relationship.

We bring particular depth to regulated industries, including healthcare and higher education, where compliance requirements are more complex and the cost of getting it wrong is higher. Our healthcare clients rely on us for HIPAA compliance, OSHA safety training, and day-to-day HR management, while our higher education work includes Title IX training (general awareness and specialized personnel certification tracks) and FERPA compliance.

Gravitas is a small, hands-on firm. Clients work directly with experienced consultants rather than being routed through a call center or handed a software platform to self-manage. We solve HR and compliance problems directly, combining real leadership experience with the flexibility and responsiveness of a boutique firm.
