Meeting rooms automatically lock if you go out, and you have to get reception to unlock it again. Wouldn’t be a problem, but reception desk on the meeting room floors was understaffed. Why can’t attendees be issues with their own RFiD fob to unlock their door for the day?? Video meeting setup was good quality(Teams Rooms) as was WiFi. Very expensive for level of service received. "

Overrated food and service was absolutely terrible. We requested a table for dining, the metre accompanied us to the elevator, where a second metre walked us to a bar table and indicated that drinks were to be ordered at the bar (2 servers and none can take out order? Ok) then when we attempted to order food, after waiting for over 20 min without any of the multiple servers checking on us, they informed us that they couldn't serve food at the bar tables. After kindly reminding them that we specifically asked for a table on the first place they didn't offer to move us to a proper table, despite being 3 empty spots (that needed to be clean but at this point we had been waiting over an hour). Ridiculously they agreed to serve us a few tapas plates. Needless to say, I won't set foot ever again, and do not recommend this place at all. Not even the view is worth the rudeness experienced. "

Pre-pandemic Henry Wood House was brilliant. People respected the communal areas and made space for people to eat their lunch and the library was a very special and quiet place for the average worker to go and have rest in and catch up on some quiet time.Now the communal spaces and library is in constant use by the businesses in the building to conduct in person meetings and online meetings at full volume, leaving very little space left to even eat your lunch let alone a read a book in peace. The library is a no go area now for any quiet time because people occupy the space and have full on live meetings at full volume.It is very disappointing what a backward step the building has taken. "

My store supplies the paint for their maintenance team. The ladies they have on the receptions of all properties are 2nd to none. So friendly and very helpful.As for the office spaces. Always clean tidy and maintained to a very high standard. "
