We partnered with HS on few projects. Started with small test work to see how things would go on a small scale. During this test we were able to talk with mgmt team (both PM and Top mgmt), CTO and few tech team members and we liked what we heard. Team was really focused on suggesting to us different options and describing pros and cons of each. So we proceeded to a bigger project planning. It's mid the journey and so far we are happy with the approach and quality, especially when some tension comes up with bugs or anything - we're able to figure out the win win, and we receive reasonable outline of why this or that happened. "
