Don't even bother. Apparently if you aren't a massive MSP they will just ghost you. Quoted out a $10k networking project, tried to order and literally got ghosted by my rep until I just gave up. This company is a FRAUD. Placed an order, was then notified it would be 2 months for delivery. Credit card was charged. I called to cancel the order and then my credit card was charged a 2nd time! I ordered a basic $100 printer and after 9 days it has never shipped. I have called Insight over 25 times in the past 5 days, left 2 voicemails, emailed and no response. Nobody answers the phones here, makes me wonder if the company exists. I would highly discourage anyone from thinking about working with this company until they get their customer service fixed. I usually purchase from Insight and they normally have the lowest pricing on desktops, laptops and printers. They do have a weakness in certain items. or they dont carry certain software or products such as apple. I do highly recommend insight to most Native American Tribes. They offer Tribal VPA pricing. I also like the ability to build your own quote through their website. I dont like the delay in sending in requests and waiting for quotes. I rather pick what I want, rather then a someone decide for me. Unless I dont have a good idea of the solution. That is where Insight has experts who can help you fill in the blanks. They are not interested at all in what's best for their customers. They simply want to squeeze every last dime they can regardless of whether it helps the client or not. Yes they are a business, but the best business actually look out for their customers. If you are under the million dollar purchase point, don't look far anything from insight; they don't care.
