We offer virtual reception services, or as we like to call it "customer care" services to help you grow your business and ensure your clients feel heard and taken care of.
Our local team prides itself in ensuring your clients feel like they've called your office and not a large call center.
We can do the basics of answering and taking a message as well as:
- accept payment
- answer questions
- Triage for anyone having issues or unhappy
- update your CRM
- provide directions if you client is trying to get to you - you know like your actual receptionist would.
We currently answer Monday to Friday 830a - 5p PST (more hours coming)
Our reception service package is $275/mo and includes the first 100 minutes. Additional minutes are $1.75.
